SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT · Rental costs are for the whole apartment. · Rental periods can start and end on any day of the week · There is a minimum rental period of 2 nights from 4pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the departure date. Please note that the online calendar shows dates when you would be staying overnight at Your London City Apartment. Your departure date will be the day after the date of your last night ie if you book 2 nights from 1 May you will arrive at 4pm on 1 May and leave before 11am on the 3rd of May. · Subject to that restriction rental periods can be for any longer duration subject to availability. · ANY rental period over 20 days will attract a rate discount on application · Arrival and Departure outside the below specified times can be arranged on application · The TV cable service is limited to those channels presently available. Any attempt to charge pay per view channels to the account will be prosecuted. · Included: Fresh 100% cotton bedlinen, and 100% cotton towels; gas, electricity, central heating, additional electric heaters in the winter; broadband internet; Welcome Hamper by prior arrangement · Parking can be provided by prior arrangement. 1. BOOKING The total cost of the rental period chosen is payable on booking. All bookings will be confirmed in writing. 2. CANCELLATION In the event of you needing to cancel your holiday we will try and re-let the flat. If this is possible your money will be refunded, less a small handling charge. If we are unable to re-let your holiday then none of the monies paid to us can be refunded. You are recommended to take out cancellation insurance. 3. ACCESS You will be met on arrival at the apartment and provided with the keys, a small basket of provisions (by prior arrangement) and a short introduction to the apartment and its amenities. On departure both the apartment and building doors must be locked and the keys inserted through the building letter box. 4. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Our visitors are asked to choose an arrival time after 4 pm and notifiy us as soon as possible. Please vacate the apartment by 11am at the latest on the day of departure. In the event these standard times are not convenient please contact us in good time to arrange agreed alternatives. In the absence of agreement to alternative times, access cannot be provided outside these specified times. 5. OCCUPANCY Occupancy. The apartment can only be occupied by those whose names are provided at the time of booking, up to the maximum of four adults and two children. Any changes, which must comply with the occupancy limit, must be agreed in advance in writing (including email). Occupation of the apartment is solely for a holiday within the meaning of Schedule 1, Paragraph 9 of the Housing Act 1988. The letting does not confer on guests a shorthold tenancy. 6. PETS We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs or any other pets whatsoever. 7. HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY We ask all our visitors to take reasonable care of the flat and to report all breakages to us as soon as possible. Please leave the flat clean and tidy at the end of your holiday and leave your used towels in the bath. 8. LIABILITY We cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to guests' possessions. Travel insurance is highly recommended. When you book, you agree to indemnify us against loss or damage (including unreasonably large amounts of cleaning) to the property or its contents, and without limitation to pay us forthwith upon written demand our costs in making good any such loss, damage or cleaning. 9. CHANGES We reserve the right to make changes and amend and update these details at our discretion. 10. TRANQUILITY Your London City Apartment provides a tranquil oasis in the midst of a busy, lively city environment, and is suitable for romantic breaks, family holidays, small touring groups and general enjoyment of London. It cannot be used for any other purpose, including any form of gathering or party. Fireworks are not permitted at any time and guests are asked to be considerate neighbours keeping noise to a minimum, and ensuring that our neighbours are not disturbed at night. Breach of this condition will lead to immediate cancellation of the letting with no refund. 11.
